In my practice, I strive to always offer an accepting, inclusive, and validating environment. The goal of this type of space is to enable folks to feel comfortable and supported in diving into their experiences. I position you as the knowing expert of your own life, but together, we can collaboratively explore your pain points, unpack and make sense of them, and develop the skills necessary to become comfortable in discomfort.

The core of my approach is to help folks develop a sense of stability and confidence within themselves that enables them to live authentically. 

All counselling sessions are 50 minutes long and are conducted virtually over a safe, secure, and easy to use platform. 

Focus in: emotion regulation, alternative relationships, anxiety, self-esteem, LGBTQ+ identities and experiences, polyam/non-monogamy, self-confidence.
